After receiving a BFA from the University of Texas and attending Fort Worth Museum School, she moved to California and did post-graduate work at Sonoma State University. Silverwood worked in pastels, using black rag paper.

A new selection of works by Carolyn Lord, Lucy Martin and Carol Peek will also be featured, as well as the gallery’s usual eclectic collection of artwork in all media. An opening reception wis held on Saturday, December 1stfrom 4-8pm. The exhibition will run December 1st 2018 – January 11th, 2019.
